The Nicosia Dog Shelter
Affiliated to the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA)
Member Society of the World Society for the Protection of Animals (WSPA)
We care for stray and abandoned dogs and puppies until they can be
adopted by caring, responsible owners. All of our dogs are vaccinated,
loved, healthy and with good temperaments. Can you help by adopting or fostering one of our lovely dogs? Volunteers are always needed to help
walk, groom and care for the dogs. If you would like to adopt or foster a dog, volunteer at the Shelter or help us in any way, please contact us.
Visitors are welcome at the
Shelter between 10am and 4pm daily (except Sundays).
Directions:
The Shelter is opposite the old Nicosia Airport, in the UN buffer zone in Nicosia.
You need to enter through the Foxtrot Gate, which is the UN checkpoint just opposite the Intercollege (University of Nicosia)
campus.
You must call us before coming to the Shelter so that we can arrange access for you at the UN gate.
